What we measure, how much each part counts, and why.
Every score on Peak to Peak Host Review is earned on a real listing. We push it through the parts that break other tools: back-to-back turnovers and last-minute cancellations. Only the results of that testing decide where a tool lands.
Each tool runs on an active portfolio — real guests, real turnovers — for a full season before it earns a rating.
How the score breaks down
- Setup — 30%. How painless it is to connect your listings and get started.
- Reliability — 30%. What it does on the night two systems disagree about the same booking.
- Guest experience — 25%. The check-in, messaging and stay quality guests actually feel.
- Time saved — 15%. How much of the repetitive work simply stops being yours.
We do not hand out numbers for a good demo. If a provider will not let us test on live bookings, we simply do not rate it.
