What is on the site
Owners face two separate decisions, so the site runs two tracks: 95 management-company reviews feeding a ranking of who we would trust with keys, and 74 software reviews feeding a ranking for owners who automate and keep the margin. Every company page quotes the provider’s own published details; a number the company keeps private appears as “not published”, never as an estimate.
Where the money comes from
No ads run here, no affiliate links pay us, and no placement is for sale — a position or a score cannot be bought at any price. A recommendation here is editorial judgement and nothing else — the reasoning lives in our editorial policy.
Where our opinion stops
Our job ends at informed opinion; we broker nothing and advise on no legal or tax question. An opinion is not lab data, published pricing goes stale, and no two markets rhyme — confirm terms directly and see our disclaimer.
